As I near the completion of my MSc in Biology Education, I find myself reflecting on the journey that led me here—from earning my BSc in Biotechnology to diving deep into Educational Psychology and Science Education. My research now focuses on Epistemic Network Analysis (ENA) and the integration of Generative AI technologies in Biology Education and higher education in general.

I am particularly interested in understanding how students engage with AI-driven learning tools, how these tools shape their knowledge construction, and what role they play in fostering critical thinking in science education. With the rapid advancements in AI, I believe we are at a pivotal moment in education—one where interdisciplinary research can bridge the gap between technology, pedagogy, and learning outcomes.

Looking ahead, I am eager to contribute to the field of science education, educational technology, and AI integration in teaching and learning.
